At The Hair Factory, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened hair care products and tools. To maintain hygiene standards, all hair extensions must be returned in their original, sealed packaging with the security seal intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are untouched, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
